The S&C software market is saturated with solutions. What Vitruve offers is seamless integration between three types of software: Builder, VBT, and Labs (AMS). The goal is to eliminate the need for multiple platforms, saving you time and improving data cohesion so you can make better decisions. All of this is delivered with absolute flexibility and ease of use.
No, but it is recommended. Vitruve Labs is a powerful add-on for VBT as it allows you to analyze more advanced VBT metrics in greater detail, as well as correlate those metrics with others such as Wellness, RPE, or even wearables such as Whoop or Oura.
Not necessarily, but it is recommended. Vitruve Labs combines three data sources: Workout Builder (athlete input), VBT, and external integration data. You can run Labs with any of the three data sources, but it is most powerful when you have all three.
As of today: Polar, Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Fitbit, Withings, and soon Vald, Hawkin and Dashr
At Vitruve, we store hundreds of metrics per workout, both VBT and non-VBT, in addition to all those that come from integrations. For VBT alone, we have more than 30 different metrics; for non-VBT, we have more than 20; and for wearables, we have several dozen, ranging from sleep and HRV to force plates such as jump height, RSI, etc.
